		<description>I caught this scheme as well -- it&#039;s works wonders for them:  they get a cheap web redesign in a very short period of time, they get a free and possibly profitable marketing campaign while not having to do anything.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;A bit sleazy, but genius too.</description>

		<description>I also find it slightly irritating that they&#039;ll only consider designers with paid listings in Sortfolio/Haystack whatever. I understand they are trying to filter inquiries to get the most interested firms. But, who says a firm with a paid listing will do a better job than one without?&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Smells kind of contest and marketing exercise-like to me too. I don&#039;t like cattle call projects anyway, so I&#039;ll be avoiding it.</description>
